Resort Policies & Information

We want your pet’s vacation to be the best ever. For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do have a few policies. If you have a question that is not answered here, be sure to check our FAQ page.
All accommodations are on a first-arrived, first-served basis. While every effort is made to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular accommodation.
Check-In is any time our lobby is open. After-Hours available with an appointment. Call us for details. See Our Location.
Check-Out time is 12:00 Noon daily. Guests staying after 12:00 Noon are subject to an additional day's boarding charge.
Custom Menu or Therapeutic Diet
We proudly serve Science Diet® varieties of food and all meals are included with your pet's stay. Dogs arriving with their own food are subject to a $7.50 per day custom menu charge.

We charge an additional $7.50 per day for a change to a Therapeutic Diet. This diet change can happen if your pet experiences GI upset during their stay with us.
Vaccine Requirements

For holiday reservations, a minimum deposit of $100 will be required. All deposits paid are subject to forfeiture if you cancel your reservation past the cancellation date. Ask your concierge for more details when booking your pet's stay.

For non-holiday reservations in our VIP Room and Garden Room, we will collect a deposit equal to the maximum night's stay. If you do not use the reservation and do not call to cancel, you will forfeit the deposit.
Bath Policy
All dogs staying longer than 5 days require a bath upon departure. When a bath is given on the departure date, the check-out time is waived–you may pick up until closing, only incurring the price of the bath, not another day's boarding charge.
Flea Policy
All pets arriving with fleas or signs of fleas (i.e., flea dirt) are subject to an arrival flea bath and SimpleGuard® application at owner's expense.
After Hours Services
With prior arrangement, you can drop off or pick up outside of our regular hours. We offer this service from 6:00PM-9:00PM nightly and from 7:45AM until opening time on Saturday and Sunday only. There is an additional charge of $55.00. We do not offer check-in or check-out on holidays.
