Deposit Policy Update

Beginning this year, we have a slight change to our deposit policy.

Our general rules about a $50 deposit remains the same. However, when you book your pet into any of our Premium Accommodations, we will require a deposit equal to that accommodation's rate. In the case where your pet might split their stay between accommodations (which can be common during holiday stays), we will require a deposit equal to the greatest rate for the stay. For example, a stay split between the VIP Room and Garden Room requires a deposit equal to the VIP Room's rate.

Our cancellation policy remains the same: you must cancel by the cancellation date (usually a week before the holiday) to receive a refund of the deposit. Any cancellations afterwards will forfeit the deposit paid.
